The website tools — GIA certificate lookup, price calculator, and guides — are completely free. The iOS app offers deeper analysis including full deduction breakdowns, negotiation advice, and a letter grade.

Our estimates are based on current Rapaport wholesale benchmark pricing and an AI model trained on thousands of diamonds inspected in person. They reflect fair market value, not retail markup. Always verify with a certified gemologist before making a purchase decision.

Make sure the certificate is clearly visible and not blurry. We support JPG, PNG, and PDF formats. If the PDF is a scanned image, our AI will render it and read the data. If it still doesn't work, try entering the GIA certificate number manually instead.

We currently support natural, GIA-certified diamonds. Our pricing model uses the Rapaport benchmark which covers natural diamonds only. Lab-grown diamonds are not supported at this time as they don't have a standardized pricing benchmark.
